The beans for our Paramillo coffee come from an all-female cooperative, with the aim to produce the very best coffee and empower women through financial stability and independence. The coffee beans are grown in the Colombian highland regions of Cauca – a lush environment characterized by rainy seasons, volcanic soils and windy altitudes. These factors allow us to transform our beans into a clean coffee with a great flavour clarity.
